HOW DOES COVID-19 AFFECT MY ORDER?
Due to the rapid spread of the COVID-19 mutation found in the UK, we have for the time being chosen to suspend all UK deliveries indefinitely. Please note that all orders under delivery will be returned to our warehouse and customers will be refunded. Ultimately, we follow the development of the situation closely and will provide information once we decide to terminate the suspension.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
You will receive free shipping on orders above 50 GBP.
For orders below 50 GBP, delivery is available at a cost of 6.00 GBP. The delivery charge is not included in the product price and is advised at check-out before confirming your order.
WHO DELIVERS YOUR PACKAGE?
Orders are sent by DHL to the address you provide. The telephone number provided is used to inform you about the delivery by text message. If you are not at home when DHL arrives with the package, it will be delivered to the nearest courier or DHL will arrange a new delivery. DHL will be responsible for notification.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We deliver within 5-7 business days using DHL. Please note that during sales periods, holidays, and promotions the delivery time may be slightly longer than usual.
You can track your order by using the Track & Trace number provided in the dispatch confirmation e-mail which is sent to you alongside your invoice e-mail.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver to mainland United Kingdom (including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland).
